Production Technician

What you will do

 

    • Perform aseptic manufacturing operations for clinical-grade ATMPs in Grade A/B/C/D cleanrooms.
    • Execute cell culture and processing activities, including isolation, selection, activation, transduction, culture, fill & finish and cryopreservation.
    • Prepare sterile media and solutions following GMP procedures and aseptic techniques.
    • Perform in-process controls such as cell counting and viability testing.
    • Operate and troubleshoot critical manufacturing equipment, including cell selection and cryopreservation systems and small-scale bioreactors.
    • Support environmental monitoring, equipment and facility cleaning and the day-to-day readiness of GMP production areas.
    • Complete GMP documentation accurately, including batch records, forms, logs and equipment records.
    • Contribute to deviations, CAPAs, change controls and other Quality Management System activities.
    • Support technology transfer, process optimisation and qualification/validation activities.
    • Contribute to SOPs, procedures and other production documentation.
    • Manage raw materials, consumables and waste within GMP areas.
    • Work closely with Production, QC and R&D colleagues and communicate clearly on production status, quality, safety and efficiency.
    • Take part in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

 

What you bring

 

    • A Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Applied Biology or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
    • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in biotechnology or the pharmaceutical industry, including a minimum of 2 years working with aseptic techniques in Grade A/B cleanrooms.
    • Good knowledge of GMP and biotechnological principles.
    • Excellent French, both written and spoken; basic knowledge of English.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • A precise, quality-focused and reliable approach to your work.
    • A hands-on, can-do mindset and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the flexibility to work across functions.
    • A genuine interest in contributing to the development and manufacture of innovative cell therapies.
