Allogeneic immune cell therapies, NK, T-cell, and macrophage programs alike, depend on a manufacturing platform that can turn a single donor-derived iPSC line into lineage-defined, functional cells, reproducibly and at GMP scale. Cellistic will bring that experience to SITC's 41st Annual Meeting, November 4–8, 2026, in Phoenix, together with new data on our T-cell platform specifically.
Our poster, "Scalable Generation of iPSC-Derived αβ T Cells Using the Echo™-T Platform," details a GMP-compliant, bioreactor-based differentiation process achieving a cumulative fold expansion exceeding 110,000 from iPSC to CD8+ T-cells, with more than 90% of cells expressing the CD3+/TCR+/CD8+ markers that define mature T-cells, plus functional data against CAR-modified target cells.
Stefan Braam, PhD, Chief Technical Officer; Virginie Stygelbout, PhD, Senior Scientist and Meredith Brown, Senior Director Business Development, will represent Cellistic on-site throughout the meeting.
If you would like to meet with the team in Phoenix, please reach out to arrange time.
