Proven Expertise in iPSC Science & Commercialization

Cécile Augereau, PhD
Director, Cell Therapy Innovation
Cécile oversees innovation across Cellistic’s client projects and internal technology platforms, leveraging her expertise in translational biotechnology, process development, and cancer biology. She holds an engineering degree in biotechnology from ENSTBB in Bordeaux, and earned her doctorate in cancer development at UCLouvain in Belgium.
She began her industry career in the UK, where she developed genetically engineered iPSC-based disease models at Horizon discovery and bit.bio. Her growing interest in the immunotherapeutic applications of iPSCs led her to advance early process development for allogeneic CAR-T programs at Celyad Oncology. Most recently, Cécile helped shape next-generation TCR-T cell processes at T-knife Therapeutics in Berlin, where she built and led the Exploratory Process Development team and successfully implemented the company’s first non-viral TCR-T manufacturing platform from early design to full tech transfer to CMC.
