Pierre-Baptiste Rousseau
Production Manager
Pierre-Baptiste manages GMP manufacturing activities at Cellistic, supporting the efficient and reliable execution of production runs across client and internal programs. He brings strong experience in biologics and mRNA manufacturing, technical operations, and team leadership within dynamic GMP environments.
Prior to joining Cellistic, Pierre-Baptiste worked as a Project Manager at Unizima, contributing to biomanufacturing deployment and process improvement initiatives. He also spent several years at GSK, where he held roles in upstream production, process management, and mRNA manufacturing and developed skills in team leadership, technology transfer, and clinical batch production.
He holds a master’s degree from UCLouvain, where his thesis focused on producing and characterizing nanostructured biomaterials from algal cell cultures.
