As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of materials — from reception and storage to internal distribution and shipment. You will ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in compliance with GMP/GDP standards, contributing to the seamless flow of materials that enable our production and R&D teams to thrive.

Your Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products according to procedures.
- Prepare internal orders and external shipments while ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with GMP/GDP standards and documentation requirements.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse in line with safety standards.
- Operate handling equipment and conduct loading/unloading safely and efficiently.
- Accurately record warehouse transactions and support stock accuracy through regular inventory checks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues, improve efficiency, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and flag discrepancies or delivery issues as needed.
Your Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of GMP/GDP principles and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict protocols.
- Basic computer skills (ERP, Excel, email).
